20241128 - Define an 'Excellent Accountant" ?

Having done my Articled Training with M/s Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai & Delhi branches (1984-1987) inclusive of a years Industrial Training with American Express Bank, who else, but yours truly would understand the complicated analysis to differentiate between an average accountant and an excellent accountant?

Read this excellent article on the subject and then read my comments below, to better understand the complicated issue, which assumes great importance when you will raise that all-important question: "WHAT ARE YOU DOING LIVING IN A CITY LIKE AHMEDABAD, THAT CONTINUES TO THINK THAT CA STANDS FOR CONFUSED ACCOUNTANT AND NOT CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT!".

Literally, not one person, other than my late friend Dipak Amrutlal Khambhayata (husband to Vibha Khambhayata and father to Shraddha Khambhayata Srivastava) the ex-MD & CEO of M/s CIP MACHINERIES PVT LTD, I.E. VATVA PH 5, AHMEDABAD 382415, has ever considered me to be an #ExcellentAccountant!! Since he passed away in the year 2007, the legendary "Sade Saati" (seven and a half years of ignomy), the blackest period of my professional life seems to have ended on 24th September 2024.

Properly, this post should have appeared on my blog, than on social media, because, hey, nobody takes Facebook Posts seriously, right?

But this issue aroused my primeval instincts of being perhaps one of the most excellent accountants in not only Ahmedabad, or Gujarat, but maybe even India? Who knows if I may even figure in the top 100 CA's of this country?
